Flawless Hair Dolls is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you will not be home, you can request your package be held at your local USPS. 

Signature required packages can be requested for additional $3 fee

If hair is lost, stolen or damaged contact your local USPS office. 

All local in person transactions must be paid in full prior to delivery. Delivery will occur at nearest police station for business and client safety.
