ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of the product and COVID 19, we can not accept returns. Please ensure you have submitted the correct length style,color option, parting etc before checking out. Ready to ship wigs are final sale, no returns, refunds or exchanges.
Orders Must Be Cancelled Within 6 Hours of Purchase. $25 Inconvenience Fee.
We are not responsible for wigs that do not fit. Please make sure you send us the correct measurements or your wig will be made on an average size. All wigs are FINAL SALE! No refund or exchanges.
We are not responsible for lost stolen or damaged packages. If you will not be home you can request your package be held at your local USPS. Signature required packages available upon request for additional fee.
We do not offer warranties or repairs on any orders.
We will try to match hair colors as close as possible. We are not responsible for shade differences.
Custom orders begin once payment is received. Please allow 48 hours for payment to process.
Ready to ship wigs will be shipped when payment processes.
Turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Expect longer wait times during holidays and sale periods. Thank you for understanding.
Business days are Monday-Friday 10 am-9 pm. No Holidays.
All local in person transactions must be paid in full prior to delivery. Delivery will occur at nearest police station for business and client safety.
